Board of Directors

L’association des Charron et Ducharme inc is administered by a Board of Directors whose 11 members are elected for a three-year renewable term. The association may from time to time designate substitute members to ensure continuity in its activities in case certain elected members are not available.

The president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer and registrar are designated by the Board during its annual general meeting usually held in May. This table shows the allocation of seats to the Board following the election held on May 21, 2011 :
