GOALS OF THE ASSOCIATION
2006-2011
When the associations's
general assembly met in Sherbrooke on September 26,2006, the following
goals for 2006-2011 were adopted:
1.
Publication of the Normand dictionary
2.
Follow-up
of the communications with the Normand families in and out of Québec (Canada, USA, France)
3.
Strengthening of the links between the
various Normand families (Jean Le Normand, Pierre-Jacques Normand dit Poupeville, Pierre Normand dit Jolicoeur and other known
sources)
4.
Trip to France and Louisiana (based on
members' interests)
5.
Preparing a family docket (index card)
