OBJECTIVES

1. To join together in an association all those who have in common the family surname Normand.

2. To organize and hold conferences, reunions, assemblies and exhibitions in order to promote, develop and popularize the history, genealogy and all other matters concerning the history of the Normand families.

3. To create a Normand archive and to encourage everyone,
whether members of the family or not, to deposit in that archive all
documents, photos,  articles, etc., that may result in enriching the
recorded history of the families.

4. To edit and print all publications and other promotional
material that will help to achieve the above-mentioned goals, and to
establish a library of publications relating to the history of the
Normand families.

5. To honour, in specific ways, the memories of Jean le Normand
and the founding fathers of the other family branches in the New World.

6. To develop links with other members of the Normand family
around the world, particularly in the United States.
