The Association des Familles Michaud inc. (The association of the Michaud families) was founded in Quebec City on May 6, 1987.

Many factors influenced its creation: setting up a structure capable of uniting Pierre Micheau's descendants so that they can find their roots; raising interest in the history of our ancestor and making that history known; and developping and promoting fraternity and friendship values among its members.

At some point, we have all wondered about our ancestors: who were they, where did they come from and where did they settle when they first landed on Canadian soil ! A trip "On the Ancestor's trail" lets us discover his numerous moves.
