An Ancestry Certificate, also called an agnotic ancestry certificate, is a document listing all of a person's paternal ancestors. 

Any Gareau can go back up to ten and sometimes up to twelve generations.

The Association des Familles Gareau offers to produce the personal Ancestry Certificate for any Gareau requesting it.

The very low fee ($25) does not reflect the research time involved. Rather it roughly covers the cost of editing and printing the wonderfull large (11" x17") colour document shown on the left.
