From the start, those responsible for the Association, felt the need to create a bond between members.

From October 1983 to December 1985, George (#0013) published 8 issues of the BULLETIN BÉRUBÉ.

Then, Louis-Maurice (#0054) took over from March 1986 to September 1988 by publishing 11 issues of INFO-BÉRUBÉ.

The present bulletin LE MONDE BERRUBEY came into being under the inspiration of Michel (#0338) and Jacques (#0219). The latter has ensured with the collaboration of his spouse Lise (#1035), the quarterly publication of this liaison bulletin. Their son, Vincent (#1129), has taken the task of page make-up.

A few years ago Jacques retired from editing this paper. He has, in effect, devoted 16 years (1988-2004) photocopying, researching, writing, composing and illustrating the activities of the Association and those of the Berubes. This is why we have given him the title "Father" of Le Monde Berrrubey.

Following a message sent out by the president, members who were interested in the production of this liaison bulletin have met on several occasions. Different scenarios were considered. Finally, a team was formed comprising Claire (#1040), Lise (#1035) and René (#0082) who have produced the issues since 2004. Jacques (#0219), with pleasure, has accepted to remain the official photographer for the cover page.

René (#0082) is now responsible for the production of the bulletin. Rollande (#0706) and Roland (#0818) participate by editing the text.

The president is always on the look out for another person to join the bulletin team.

Interested persons take note!

Note:

Starting with the first publication in 2006, the bulletins will change number. The winter bulletin will bear the number 88 instead of 69 because it will be the 88th bulletin published since the formation of the Association.
