The greatest achievement is certainly the books "Les Bérubé d'hier et d'aujourd'hui".

Volume I, published in July 1988, and reprinted in 1993, has more than 525 pages and 875 photographs with articles written in French with summaries and excerpts in English. It contains the names of at least 6,000 of Damien's descendants forming the first 7 generations, several lines of contemporary famillies and their history, biographies from micro-fiches and a summary of the activities of the Association.

This volume sold more than 1,400 copies. In fact the title of this volume inspired the theme for the Internet website of this Association.

Volume II, published in March 2000, according to the table of contents, the book contains abundant and unedited documentation. It has more than 704 pages and 1340 photographs, with articles written in French with summaries and excerpts in English concerning the Berube's living outside of Quebec. It is a work for essential reference.

Finally, the last to arrive, the book "Les recettes des Bérubé d'hier et d'aujourd'hui" presents 230 succulent recipes, some of which come from our Bérubé ancestors. As a bonus the book contains culinary secrets and comfort food recipes.

The official launching of this book will be at the General Annual meeting at Roberval in September 2003.
