2010 Gathering at Saguenay

The "Association des familles Berube Inc." hold it's annual meeting at Congress Center and Hôtel La Saguenéenne. The members re-elected Madeleine (#1246), and elected André (#1653), Cécile (#0710) et Martin (#1577) as members of the Board.

PROGRAM FOR THE 2010 GATHERING

Friday 10th September, 2010

• In the afternoon, arrival of members from far away regions.
• For those who so wish, we could go and dine, in a group, at a nearby restaurant within close proximity to the hotel.

Saturday 11th September, 2019

• 09:00: Reception in the hallway of the Cabaret
• Registration and delevery of documentation
• Le Fjord du Saguenay Hall: Meeting of members and guests, exhibition of genealogical family trees, of Berube family photos, table of genealogical products, of promotional objects, of recruiting, etc.
• 11:30: Lunch (on your own)
• 12:30: Departure for the tours in front of the hotel entrance
• 15:45: Return to hotel
• 16:00: Mass (The location will be confirmed during your registration)
• 18:00: Banquet: Fjord du Saguenay Hall
• 23:30: End of evening program

Sunday 12th September, 2010

• 07:30: Breakfast (on your own)
• 09:00: Fjord Hall: annual meeting
• 11:00: Saguenay Hall: friendship brunch
