General informations
We are pleased to announce that our Search Module and Additional information screens have been translated to English. It is not our intention to translate the entire site in the short term. The information appearing on the French Genealogical Center of America Internet site changes constantly (almost every day) and the Center doesn't have the resources to translate it.
However, you can translate the introduction pages of each section using the Alta Vista translator at the following address:
Put the entire URL of the page you want to translate and the «translator» will do the job.
It is not a perfect solution, but we think that until our Center has the sufficient resources to ensure the translation, this solution remain a good one.
The pages reserved to the member will not be translated by the Alta Vista translator considering that the translator is not a member of the Center...
