At last!

 

Our database known as Le Fichier Connolly (The Connolly File) is now available on the Internet as a joint project with the FQSG. 
This database of Marriage, Birth and Death records has well over 3,000,000 records covering most of Québec, plus some of the Maritime provinces; it includes most of the Non Catholic records from the Eastern Townships area. This should be of great interest to most people interrested in searching vital records, particularly to our anglo-american friends.

Access to this database is exclusive to the members of the SGCE at this time, and it is a free and unlimited access. All you need is to become a member of the SGCE and you get access to this database right from your home!

Remember that you will have to register with the Portail de la Généalogie Québécoise of the FQSG in order to access the database. This registration is completely free for members of affiliated Societies. You need to go to their site and fill up the registration form. You will receive your account data from your Society adminstration shortly after. Visit this site at:
