• To provide us with information for the Frigon family tree (parts A and C).

• To register you as a member of the Association (parts A and B).

It is not necessary to be or to become a member of the Association in order to provide us with genealogical information in part C. In either case, we would be grateful to you  for completing part A and part C (in whole or in part) in order to help us compile a genealogical dictionary for the Frigon family. Since the Association has the mandate of preserving  the historical heritage of the Frigons, we would be grateful to you for any information that you might be able to share with us:  family trees, personal souvenirs, newspaper clippings and, especially, the oral tradition in your family regarding the origins of François Frigon and his descendants.

 

The Association would also like to have an adult photo of each of the descendants inscribed in the Frigon genealogical dictionary. Please indicate the name and date of birth on the back of each photo and of any other document, which you join, to the present form. All of these will be returned to you as soon as they are entered in our data bank.

 

In the section entitled Additional Information (last page of this form), please enter  everything that you can remember about your parents’ and grandparents’ occupations, trades, professions, exploits, realizations, and social responsibilities (mayor, trustee, etc.),  as well as  your best anecdotes about them.
