| The general form permits you to provide genealogical information about your family while enrolling in the Association. If you have no genealogical information immediately available, use the short form to register and send us the general form later. |

| If you are seeking information about your Frigon ancestry or family relationships, please use the general form , giving us as many details as possible about your mother and father, grandparents, places and dates of birth. |
| Your enrolment in the Association entitles you to a printout
of the direct line from François Frigon to yourself as it appears in our genealogical database. It is yours for the asking. |
